PRINTING
What is a giclée print?
A fine art digital print made on an inkjet printer. The print is archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years. We use this as it is the industry standard in galleries and museums the world over.
What type of paper do you use?
Our artworks are printed to a 310 gsm 100% cotton rag as standard.
MATERIALS
What are the frames made of?
Our frames are timber and are locally sourced from sustainable sources. Our artworks are framed using Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak timber.
Are the frames mass produced?
No. Every frame is hand cut and lovingly assembled by our framing partner working from their Melbourne workshop
Are the artworks framed in glass?
Our framing partner uses a product called Plexiglass. This 3 mm museum grade product is lighter than glass, helps protect our artworks from UV damage and has the added protection of being shatter proof.

SHIPPING
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to the fragility of framed artwork, at this stage we do not ship framed pieces internationally. We can however ship you the print only for you to frame yourself in your own personal style. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
How long will delivery take?
All artworks are made to order. We will have your framed piece to you in 2-3 weeks if being shipped within Australia.
Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our printing and framing partner’s workshop in Richmond, Melbourne Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia wide orders are shipped at a $15 flat rate.
How is my order shipped?
The artwork is bubble wrapped and shipped in double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service. All work is insured against loss or damage.
How can I track my order?
You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched, this is usually around 14 days after placing your order.
RETURNS
What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
If the artwork you purchase from us fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask us for a replacement or refund.
The consumer guarantee does not apply though if you have simply changed your mind. All of our artworks are made to order, so we ask that you choose carefully. If your item arrives damaged or you are not happy, please reach out to us and we will do our best to rectify the situation ASAP.
